What We Do
The Life Enrichment ministry exists to come alongside you no matter where you're at and help you navigate life's most confusing and discouraging challenges. From personal problems to marrital conflict, and conditions requiring clinical help, our team desires to be an encouraging part of God's healing process.
While counseling is a key part of the Life Enrichment Ministry, the LE team offers much more. This ministry also seeks to address controverial topics facing society through studies, seminars, weekend conferences, and small group discussions. These events seek to challenge the thinking behind todays biggest issues while bringing a deeper logical understanding to God's word, grace, and love.
Roger Hardin is the Life Enrichment Pastor of Hilltop Community Church and leader of the LE team. He is a licensed MFT (marriage and family therapist), an ordained pastor, and a father of five. Roger also oversees our team of certified counselors.
