What We Do
The Life Enrichment Ministry exists to come alongside you—wherever you are—and help you navigate life’s most confusing, challenging, and discouraging seasons. Whether you are facing personal struggles, marital or family conflict, or circumstances that require clinical care, our team seeks to walk with you as vessels of God’s healing, grace, and restoration.
While counseling is an important part of Life Enrichment, the ministry extends far beyond clinical services. We also seek to help individuals and families thoughtfully engage some of the most challenging and controversial issues facing society today through studies, seminars, conferences, and roundtables. These opportunities are designed to challenge conventional thinking, encourage meaningful dialogue, and provide a deeper, reasoned understanding of God’s Word, His grace, and His love. Our desire is not simply to provide answers, but to help people develop a faith that can thoughtfully engage the complexities of life.
Roger Hardin is the Life Enrichment Pastor of Hilltop Community Church and leader of the LE team. He is a licensed MFT (marriage and family therapist), an ordained pastor, and a father of five.
